Natural resources are material from the earth that are used to support life and meet people's needs.Any natural substances that human use can be considered a natural resources Oil,Coal,natural gas ,metals ,stone and sand are natural resources.Other natural resources are air,sunlight,soil and water.
Resources Classification :-
- A resource is any physical material that is a part of our planet,earth that humans value.
- On the beasis of tier avaliability resources can be classified into two types.Renewable and non-renewable resources.
- Resources are divided in to two categories based on their origin biotic and abiotic resources.
Abiotic Resources :-
- All those resources which are composed of non living things.
- Abiotic resources can be classified as renewable and non renewable resources
- Light ,rain, rocks,soil ,water
Biotic Resources :-
- All those resources which are obtained from biosphere and have a life.
- Biotic resources can be classified as producers,consumers and decomposers.
- Forests,livestocks,humanbeings are examples of biotic resources
Renewable Resources:-
A nat6ural; resources that can be replenished to replace the portion used up by usage and consumption is known as renewable resources.Renewable resources include solar energy ,wind,falling water,the heat of the earth,plant materials,waves,ocean currents differences in the oceans and the energy of the tides.
Non renewable Resources :-
A natural resouces that cannot be easily replaced by natural means quickly enough to keep up with us referredd to as a non-renewable resources.Fossil fuels made of carbon are one of instance.With use of heat and pressure,the original biological instance.These are four major types of non renewable resources oil,natural gas,coal and nuclear energy.
