Introduction:- Notes genrally made by Modern & Dinesh Book Publication.Starting point of the organic chemistry which can clear your doubts,if you can read these notes and solve book question your concept will be cleared GOC. If GOC concept not clear you can not be solve any problem of the organic chemistry. This is the basic part of organic chemistry. JEE,NEET & Other Competitive exam which can you prepare you need to clear all doubts organic chemistry because many organic chemistry naming reaction will be based on the mechanism.Mechanism can be clear by understanding the GOC. Notes Topic Detail   1- Reaction Mechanism Ozonolysis Anti markonikov & Markonikov rule Addition of bromine in to alkene SN1 & SN2 reaction mechanism 2- Question based on the JEE/NEET examination Based:-  Resonance effect Mesomeric effect Hyperconjugation Inductive effect Carbocation & Carboanion EZ Configuration Catalytic Hydrogenation Youtube Channel:- https://www.youtube.com/channel...

Kilani Fischer Synthesis And Rouff Degradation

Image
Kilani Fischer Synthesis:- Kilani discovered that when aldose can be coverted in to the epimeric aldonic acid which will have addition of carbon introduced by the addition of HCN (hrdrogen cyanide) further hydrolysis of epimeric cyanohydrins. Steps Reaction Mechanism:- HCN Ba(OH)2 and H3O+ Na-Hg,H20 Mechanism:- Modified Kilani Fischer Synthesis :- In aldonic acid which are not obtained by the cyanohydrins, further cyanohydrins are reduce and then hydrolysed to form aldose. Step of the reaction:- Pd/BaSO4 in H2 H20 Ruff Degradation :- One carbon atom will be removed in this process. It involves oxidation of aldose to an aldonic acid using bromine water and then oxidative decarboxylation of aldonic acid to next lower aldose. Example:-   Mechanism:- Note:- Important Reaction for Net Examination and IIT. Tell me your query what you want:-
